As architects we can help you see if your potential site is right for your business, new building or project. Once the site is vetted for its' suitability for your project we can provide Schematic Design services. During this phase of services we provide preliminary planning services and can provide renderings that show how the building could look on your site. During Construction Documents phase of services we produce the documents that everyone calls plans or blue prints. These drawings and specifications or manuals provide information to code officials to gain permits for building. These documents are also used by the contractor to building the building on your site.

During this phase of services we architects administer your contract between you and the contractor. We make site observation to make sure the work is progressing and that is built to the standards called out on the construction documents.
