In 1946 Mr. Clayton D’Avy started the first architectural firm in Opelousas, Louisiana. A World War ll veteran, Clayton joined with Mr. Many Veltan in 1968.
Clayton’s son Don D’Avy joined the firm in1980. Mr. Clayton retired in 1993. In 1990 Don partnered with Joe Zerangue. After Mr. Zerangue retired in 2017 Don and Mario Benoit combined their firms to create Architects Alliance.
